Changes

New Features

Automatic Sync with Entra ID User accounts from Entra ID can now be synchronized with ServicePlaza. The SCIM protocol (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) enables automatic provisioning between Entra ID and ServicePlaza.

Manual account creation or management in ServicePlaza is no longer needed. Changes in Entra ID, such as creating, updating, or deactivating accounts, are automatically applied. This saves time and reduces administrative effort.

SCIM also enhances security by keeping user permissions synchronized and automatically deactivating outdated accounts.

Enhanced Search in PhoneNumber API The PhoneNumber API for ServicePlaza has been enhanced. Previously, searches were limited to phone numbers or IDs. Now, numbers can be filtered by various attributes.

New Search Options: - Search for reserved or in-use numbers (Status: Reserved / In Use) - Search by number blocks - Search by user ID or account name - Advanced filters for more precise searches

These enhancements improve management, save time, and reduce manual effort.

Optimized Helm Charts (Version 1.0) for ServicePlaza The Helm Chart has been revised to ensure a more stable and reliable installation of ServicePlaza.

Installation parameters have been adjusted and optimized to prevent inconsistencies and ensure a smooth deployment.

ServicePlaza Forms Now Support File Uploads Users can now upload files directly through forms in Services and Changes.

This feature has been integrated into the Form Builder, allowing an HTML text field with - input type="file" ... - to be added via Custom Form Options.

File Uploads File Uploads

Uploaded files are automatically stored as attachments in the respective process, enabling customers and ticket handlers to exchange documents directly through the form.

File Uploads

This improves communication and ensures that all relevant files are stored within the respective process.

Asset Relationships Now Importable via CSV Importing Asset Relationships via CSV The asset import function has been enhanced, allowing asset relationships to be imported via a CSV file. The Excel template has been updated and expanded with new fields.

It is now possible to specify additional details such as Role, Asset Identifier, and Relation Type during import. This ensures a more precise assignment and structured management of dependencies between assets. With this enhancement, the import process becomes more flexible and efficient, especially for complex asset structures.

Microservices Consolidated into One SP-App Several microservices, including Mail, Web, Backup, and User, have been merged into a single SP-App (module).
