Activate Notifications

This guide will help you activate notifications within ServicePlaza. We recommend enabling notifications so that you always stay informed about the current status of your orders.

Login

To activate notifications, you first need to log in to ServicePlaza.

User Settings

Once logged in, click on User Settings, as shown in the image below.

Enable Notifications

In the User Settings, you will find a section called "Notifications", as illustrated below. Click the Activate button to enable the notification feature.

Below, you will see several checkboxes that allow you to choose for which status updates you want to receive notifications.

After selecting your preferences, click Save to confirm your settings. From now on, you will receive notifications about your orders and always stay up to date.
