View and Manage Orders
This guide explains how to view and manage your orders in ServicePlaza. This way, you can always keep track of your orders and access the information you need.
Login
To view your orders, you first need to log in to ServicePlaza.

Order Tab
To access your orders, click on the "Order" tab, as shown in the image below. Within this tab, you will find several sections depending on your access rights. Click on "My Orders" to continue.

My Orders
At the top of the list, you will see a horizontal bar with several status tabs – for example: All, Open, Completed, Declined, or Defective. By default, Open is selected. Simply click on an another tab to change the filter.

If you want to view more details about an order, click the info icon (i) in the corresponding row. The detailed view will open immediately.
Order Details and Communication
In the detailed view, you can see all information about the selected order – including the current status, item details, total price, and additional metadata.
Through the "Messages" tab, you can communicate directly with the responsible administrator to request changes or ask questions. All messages are stored in the order history, ensuring that the full communication log is always traceable.
